Signing over UWA

Earlier in the week: Jason Smith can be seen standing outside of a tall office building staring up at it, Smith brings up his right arm to look at his watch...

Jason Smith: "Where the hell is that attorney?"

A smaller man in a suit comes running up from down the street and he stops before Jason Smith desperately trying to catch his breath...

Mr. Bingle: "Sorry, Mr. Smith... The cab driver dropped me off at the wrong address, are we late?"

Jason Smith walks forward to open the large glass doors they open with some effort, and Jason waves his attorney into the building. Jason walks towards the security counter and they stop him ant pat him down and his attorney soon to follow.

Security: "Mr. Fury is expecting you... Floor thirteen."

[b][i]Mr. Bingle looks horrified as Jason Smith brings him to the elevator and they go up...

A few moments later the elevator opens its doors on the thirteenth floor.

Jason Smith and his attorney exit with some haste and make their way to reception where they are greeted by Fury's Secretary.

Suzie Longshaw: "You must be Mr. Smith?"

Smith: "Were you expecting someone else?"

Suzie: "It;s just that your late and Mr. Fury doesn't like late. Follow me gentleman. "

Suzie escorts the pair into a massive boardroom where they take a seat."

Suzie: "Mr Fury will be right with you."

Suzie exits the boardroom and closes the door behind her.

Smith: "This should be interesting."

A few minutes pass by and then the door to the boardroom bursts open and in walks Fury.

On one side is his trusted bodyguard Loki and following behind him is a team of lawyers.

Fury looks down on Smith with disdain as he moves to the head of the table and takes a seat.

Fury: "Well I am very interested to find out why you are here Mr. Smith and what Universal Wrestling Alliance could have to do with it. I buried that name some time ago along with a few washed up has beens. So if you will please explain how I can help you today."

Jason Smith: "I'm here to buy the UWA and it's "has beens" from you and restore in and make it known around the world. I am here to make you an offer, Mr. Bingle?"

Mr. Bingle: "My Client Jason Smith is willing to offer you a large sum of money and stock in the new age UWA... You'll find the offer here in this manilla envelope."

[b][i]Mr. Bingle places the envelope on the table and slides it to Mr. Fury.

Fury laughs out loud

Fury: "Interesting proposal Mr. Smith but let me assure you I am quite happy knowing that the UWA is dead."

Loki picks up the envelope and slams it down in front of Smith.

Loki: "Your going to have to do much better than that!!"

Fury: "Now Loki your not being polite."

Fury sits back in his chair and a smile comes across his face.

Jason Smith: "Loki, you'd do well to only speak when spoken to. Alright Mr. Fury, what will it take?"

[i]Jason Reaches into the inside of his suit coat and pulls out a checkbook...

[b]Jason Smith: "Now then, I can write all kinds of numbers on this check. Not like you're doing anything with the building anyway... Look at it as selling real-estate. I'm sure looking at it that way we can come to some agreement..."

Fury laughs again

Fury: "Smith there isn't any figure you could write on that cheque to make me sell that pathetic company to you."

Fury pauses and glares at Smith.

Fury: "Maybe I could sell you part of the company and allow you to try and bring it back to life. There would be certain conditions of course."

Fury: "Well firstly. The UWA is still mine. I will allow you to run it's day to day operations as you see fit with little interference from me but let's face it. Without that neanderthal in the mask around what fun would there be in it for me."

Loki steps up to Fury and whispers to him.

Fury: "Indeed that's a good point."

Fury smiles again as he snatches the manilla envelope from Smith.

Fury: "That will do for a start. I can't wait to see what kind of riff raff you hire. Should be entertaining to say the least."

Loki chuckles

Fury: "So with that being said Smith I will give you forty nine percent of UWA and the rest is mine to make a tidy profit off of all your hard work.."

Fury sits back waiting for a reply.

[b]Jason Smith: "Seventy percent. I'm going to be taking care of everything and all you have to do is sit and collect a check, I should get a majority of the profits."

Fury: "Don't push you luck Smith. You will never own seventy percent of UWA. You can be the GM and run things. Do what you want I couldn't care. Just make sure you bring me a cheque every month."

Fury: "Pleasure doing business with you Smith. Now let's leave the sharks to the paperwork shall we."

Fury and Loki make their way out of the boardroom as the camera fades to black.
